ABOUT US
At Mana Skin Essentials, my mission is to create a tranquil and welcoming space where every person feels safe, cared for, and truly seen. I believe self-care is more than how we look, it is about how we feel. Through intentional skincare, therapeutic touch, and restorative wellness treatments, my goal is to help each client slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported in both their skin and overall well-being. Every treatment is given with intention, compassion, and genuine care, creating a space where you can simply breathe, receive, and leave feeling restored.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the booked service price. This also applies to missed appointments and no-shows. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at its originally scheduled time, and your service will be shortened by the amount of time you are late. For example, if you arrive 10–15 minutes late for a 60-minute facial, you will receive the remaining 45–50 minutes of your appointment. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply. If you arrive too late for your service to be safely or properly completed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, you will be charged 100% of the booked service price. FIRST-TIME CLIENTS Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete the required consent forms. Arriving early ensures that completing your forms does not take away from your service time. Thank you for understanding and respecting Mana Skin Essentials’ time and policies.
